We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. 5.4. Any customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. 5.5. In the event of a lost or stolen package, we will assist in providing tracking information, but liability for missing packages rests with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on pre-glued lashes unless they are faulty. 6.2. If you receive a defective product, contact us at info@minkylash.com within 5 days for a replacement or refund. 6.3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 days. 6.4. Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion, and photographic evidence may be required.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, images, and designs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Fleecie Ltd. (trading as Minky Lash) and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 7.2. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Our products must be used only as instructed. Failure to follow instructions, including improper storage of lashes (e.g., allowing dust or debris to accumulate leading to eye irritation), is not our responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences arising from misuse of our products. 8.5 If you have known allergies or sensitivities, consult a medical professional before using our products. 8.6. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Are Minky Lash press-on lashes reusable?

Yes, our press-on lashes are reusable! The exact number of times depends on how long you wear them and whether you store them properly.

Can I sleep in Minky Lash press-on lashes?

It is not recommended that you sleep in our press-on lashes. Lashes should be removed and stored back in their box for the next use.

Are Minky Lash press-on lashes made from real mink hair?

No, Minky Lash press-on lashes are proudly vegan and cruelty-free.

Should I use makeup remover to remove the lashes?

No, you should not use any products to remove our lashes. Simply grip the outer corner of the lash and gently pull to the side and down to remove the lash.

Will Minky Lash press-on lashes damage my natural lashes.

With proper application and removal, our lashes will not damage your natural lashes. Always make sure you are gentle while removing the lashes and ensure to not rub your eyes while wearing them.

Are Minky Lash press-on lashes waterproof?

Our press-on lashes can withstand sweat, heat and are water resistant. However, they should not be wet for long periods of time as this will reduce the efficacy of the glue.
